Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when credit purchases may be refunded and how to request help with billing or technical issues.

1. Credit-Based System

MyColoringBook.io operates on a prepaid credit system. Credits are required to generate coloring book pages and must be purchased before use.

2. No Refunds on Used Credits

Important:

Credits used to generate coloring book pages are not refundable. Each generation begins processing immediately and uses paid compute resources, so completed or attempted generations cannot be reversed for cash refunds.

3. Refunds on Unused Credits

Eligibility:

You may request a refund on unused credits under these conditions:

  • Request must be made within 7 days of purchase
  • All credits from that purchase must still be unused
  • Your account must be in good standing

All-or-Nothing Policy:

Refunds apply to an entire unused purchase, not to individual remaining credits. For example:

  • Purchase $5 for 5 credits → Use 2 credits → Remaining 3 credits are not refundable
  • Purchase $10 for 10 credits → Use 0 credits → Full $10 refund available (within 7 days)

4. Credit Expiration

120-Day Expiration:

Credits expire 120 days from purchase date. Expired credits cannot be refunded or restored.

5. How to Request a Refund

Process:

  1. Email help@mycoloringbook.io within 7 days of purchase
  2. Include your account email and purchase details
  3. Confirm that the credits from that purchase have not been used
  4. Allow up to 2 business days for review

Required Information:

  • Account email address
  • Purchase date and amount
  • Reason for refund request

6. Refund Processing

  • Review: We review refund requests and may ask for details needed to locate the purchase or troubleshoot the issue.
  • Timeline: Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take 5-10 business days to post the refund.
  • Fees: We do not charge fees for eligible refund requests, but payment processor fees may not be refundable.

7. Account Suspension/Termination

If your account is suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service, no refunds will be provided for unused credits.

8. Technical Issues

If a technical issue prevents you from using credits as intended, contact us at help@mycoloringbook.io. We will investigate and may restore credits, provide account credits, or issue a refund when appropriate.

9. Promotional Credits

Free promotional credits are not eligible for cash refunds and cannot be converted to paid credits.

10. Disputes

For payment questions or disputes, contact us first at help@mycoloringbook.io so we can review the purchase and help resolve the issue.

12. Policy Changes
