Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms for refunds on MyColoringBook.io credit purchases.
1. Credit-Based System
MyColoringBook.io operates on a prepaid credit system. Credits are required to generate coloring book pages and must be purchased before use.
2. No Refunds on Used Credits
Important:
We do not offer refunds on credits that have been used to generate coloring book pages. This is because we incur costs with our AI service providers (OpenAI/Google) for each generation request.
3. Refunds on Unused Credits
Eligibility:
You may request a refund on unused credits under these conditions:
- Request must be made within 7 days of purchase
- ALL purchased credits must be unused (all-or-nothing policy)
- Your account must be in good standing
All-or-Nothing Policy:
If you have used any credits from a purchase, the entire purchase becomes non-refundable. For example:
- Purchase $5 for 5 credits → Use 2 credits → Remaining 3 credits are not refundable
- Purchase $10 for 10 credits → Use 0 credits → Full $10 refund available (within 7 days)
4. Credit Expiration
90-Day Expiration:
All credits expire 90 days from purchase date. Expired credits cannot be refunded or restored under any circumstances.
5. How to Request a Refund
Process:
- Email help@mycoloringbook.io within 7 days of purchase
- Include your account email and purchase details
- Confirm that no credits have been used
- Allow 5-7 business days for processing
Required Information:
- Account email address
- Purchase date and amount
- Reason for refund request
6. Refund Processing
- Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days through Stripe to your original payment method.
- Fees: We do not charge fees for legitimate refund requests, but payment processor fees may not be refundable.
7. Account Suspension/Termination
If your account is suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service, no refunds will be provided for unused credits.
8. Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using credits, contact us immediately at help@mycoloringbook.io. We will investigate and may provide account credits or refunds at our discretion.
9. Promotional Credits
Free promotional credits are not eligible for cash refunds and cannot be converted to paid credits.
10. Disputes
For payment disputes, contact us first at help@mycoloringbook.io. If unresolved, you may dispute charges through your payment provider, but this may result in account suspension.
